Building change capability is the common theme within all the work we do with clients. We understand that the impact of our work really counts when the outputs of the group sessions are taken back into the organisation. We know that persistence, resilience and new ways of working together are usually then needed to see change through to successful implementation.

We think of the more psychological questions as the ‘bottom line’ of change.

  • How teams can lead, adapt and implement change
  • How to engage people’s hearts and minds in the midst of transition

These questions are at the core of our Change Capability services to support clients. These include:

  • Providing one to one Coaching for executives and pivotal managers
  • Designing and facilitating Executive and Team Development off sites
  • Designing and supporting organisation wide Engagement and Communication events

We work with your internal teams to explore the current leadership/team ways of working together and identify what are the priorities that need to be addressed.

Executive Coaching

As well as providing this service directly, realise have a trusted network of Executive Coaches. We can help to match the right coach with the right individual in order to provide the best possible value from the investment in coaching senior and key people. Each engagement is different and we scope out what is needed as part of initial conversations.

We only coach when we are clear on the objective, outcomes desired and how progress will be assessed. Most of our coaches offer a combined service of face to face, phone and email so we can be flexible remain in touch throughout the process.

Executive and Team Development

We call on our 20 years of experience in work with teams in change to understand and design what is needed in each specific context.

No two teams off site sessions are the same and we design in elements that accelerate team development and cohesion. Typically, we are asked combine elements that address questions of trust, openness, risk and personal challenge, as well as issues of interpersonal style and relationships between team members.

Our Group Engagement Tools often feature as a key component in team development session. For instance we run 'live 360' feedback – making issues of peer review discussable - there and then. Naturally, we facilitate such processes closely, making sure people feel safe in the process.

Whatever the change agenda of your team we can help them explore and progress how they work together - in order to ensure they are ready to lead the way.

Engagement and communication

We design and facilitate organisation wide and key stakeholder engagement and communication events – all as part of sustaining momentum and achieving change plans.

Working with our partners in communication agencies and production companies we can design, deliver and project manage your wider engagement and communication events.

We have run large scale conferences across the world. We work with diverse, multi language international audiences as well as internal groups - all those who need to be engaged way beyond the more conventional sessions normally associated with trying to change organisational direction.

We understand that budgets are always under pressure, but investing well in engagement and communication in the wider organisation saves effort and builds commitment to progress.

How? Because the key messages are delivered, the essential dialogue is revealed and people feel included, thereby reducing inertia and resistance at the most critical times of the change process.
