Civil Contingency Planning

We work with our clients to help them assess risks factors, anticipate the scale and timing of potential threats and develop civil contingency scenarios and plans.

Typically, we work with the key sponsors who are leading the planning for multi - disciplined, cross agency and departmental responses. Groups of between 10 and 50 people, work in structured sessions to create detailed contingency plans and reporting structures within scenarios. The need for rigorous and inclusive gathering of such diverse inputs demands a powerful collaborative process.
