Supporting Government Policy Development

We have spent decades supporting Government Departments to engage with their Stakeholders and internal Teams to create effective Policy.  Transparency and engagement are key to ensuring all perspectives and positions are considered.  Many of our Government customers also use our approach internally to ensure full and open discussion, employee engagement, particularly on the difficult stuff like harrasment and bullying.  Simple, effective and inclusive collaboration ensures everyone has a voice, the best ideas are revealed and teams close out with the best decisions possible.  Read more below about our work with Government.

Welsh Government

We have supported Welsh Government for over a decade.  Supporting their in-house use of MeetingSphere to support a range of collaboration activities:

  • Conference support – large conferences to ensure participation and engagement
  • Public Consultation – workshops where stakeholders contribute directly to emerging policy discussion including legislation
  • Internal workshops – Policy teams, change teams, using MeetingSphere to support internal projects, initiatives and programmes
  • Conference calls – support for distributed team calls, primarily in team meetings, event planning and project teams.

Its all about enablement with regular face to face and virtual support to ensure teams build the confidence and competence to use the very best engagement techniques to ensure every voice is heard and included in Government policy, decision making and direction.

" “ The immediacy of this approach generates creativity and clarity.  While we solicit so many ideas from such a wide group of people, in the end we’re seeing stakeholders truly motivated around core sets of actions. ”      Jane Davidson, Minister for the Environment, Sustainability & Housing,   Welsh Assembly Government
