Training and support

Part of our core philosophy and service is to enable our clients to work with our tools themselves. We work with sponsors to help identify the processes and business areas most likely to benefit from the application of the tools and then train these people to use them.

We then guide and support the creation of a coherent and compelling implementation plan – one that will enable people to engage across the organisation. Part of this is to select the easiest way to put the tools into the hands of those who will get instant value, enabling them to start saving costs and improving effectiveness of their meetings.

We help identify, train and support cohorts of skilled practitioners from within your organisation. Not confined to specialists, developing in–house capability can be targeted at the operational and project management engagement needs.

The building of in-house capability can deliver ongoing value and return to those who realise the potential of this way of working; from team members to senior leaders.

After several successful sessions with realise we were committed to the approach – so much that it really made sense to bring it in-house. Steve and the realise team trained us on the process and technology and helped us to procure and build all of the necessary software and hardware.

We haven’t looked back and it now supports the Major Crime Team on an almost daily basis. We have specific processes actively supporting Cold case homicide review, multi-agency homicide reduction and Major incident learning debriefs.
